Q. WHEN WILL TNR BE MOVING?
A: TNR will start their move from Friday 26th October 2018.

Q: WHAT DATE WILL TNR’S PAKENHAM & COBURG STORES CLOSE?
A: The Pakenham store will stay open until Thursday 25th and will be closed as of Friday 26th October 2018. The Coburg store has been closed since September 2018.

Q: WHAT DATE CAN WE VISIT THE NEW SHOWROOM?
A: We recommend you call us first to double check, however, we anticipate that you can visit us at our new showroom in Bayswater from Monday the 29th October 2018 onwards. Please be patient with us as we un-pack and re-arrange our new showroom.

Q: WHAT WILL BE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
A: At our new location, we will be open 6 days ALL year round. That is, from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and on Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Q: WHERE ARE YOU MOVING TO?
A: We are moving to Bayswater in Victoria, Australia. Please stay tune for exact street address.

Q: HOW FAR AWAY IS BAYSWATER FROM MELBOURNE CITY?
A: We are approximately a 40 minutes drive and 60 minutes via public transport. There is plenty of parking available with no time restrictions.

Q: IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO YOUR NEW LOCATION?
A: Yes, buses run nearby, and we are a 20 minutes walk from Bayswater Train Station.

Q: CAN WE STILL PLACE ORDERS VIA PHONE/EMAIL/ONLINE THROUGHOUT THE TRANSITION PERIOD?
A: Yes, please call us on 1800 2 ADORN (1800 223 676) or email us at sales@houseofadorn.com. There may be some delay on some items and slight delays with dispatch, but we will notify you.

Q: WILL HOUSE OF ADORN SELL THE SAME PRODUCTS AS TNR?
A: Yes, all products currently available at TNR will be available for purchase through House of Adorn. However, please be patient with us while we un-pack to find exactly what you are after.

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STAY UPDATED?
A: Please check join House of Adorn’s Mailing list below so we can keep you updated. We will also be making announcements via all of our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
